Collegium Developing is a privately owned practice founded in 2020. Behind each scheme is a single, accountable team — a qualified civil engineer and an architect who have spent three decades shaping the residential landscape of Paphos.
We design and build a small number of homes each year, in places we know well: Empa, Anavargos, Yeroskipou and the quiet neighbourhoods of central Paphos. Every site is surveyed in person, every plan drawn in-house, every site visited weekly by the people responsible for it.
The result is homes that feel inevitable in their setting — open to the Cypriot light, generous with outdoor space, and built to a standard that holds up through the decades they will be lived in.
Sixteen new apartments across two sites, ready for handover through 2026. Reservations are open ahead of completion.
